| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. It is important to note that the price totalled in your shopping cart will most likely fluctuate (upwards or downwards) depending on the true weight of your order. Please appreciate that it is almost impossible to cut everything to the precise gram! So, once we have received and processed your order we will then contact you with details of the exact price and delivery. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Shipping And Handling1 Customers collecting their order will not incur any shipping cost. 2 Local deliveries (within 5 miles of Ilminster) will incur a £5.00 delivery charge, 3 Local deliveries (within 5 miles of Ilminster) of orders totalling or exceeding £60.00 will be free of charge. 4 For any orders beyond the catchment area the pricing is as follows: - £12.50 for the first 15 kg. - Any additional weight will incur a charge of £0.35 per kilogram, for delivery by nationwide courier service. When your order is ready for despatch we will contact you to confirm cost and method of shipment before the transaction is completed. |
| Delivery Schedule To guarantee delivery please place your order by 10.00am Monday to Thursday. Our delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. For special events i.e. parties, barbeque's etc it is advisable to place your order a least 72 hours in advance of the required delivery date. We aim to ship your order within in 24 hours of receipt of order. In the event of any delay, you will be notified by either telephone or e-mail. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We do not make product substitutions. |

| Returns Policy Goods shipped to you in error can be returned at our cost. When placing your order, it is important that someone should be at home to take delivery; the trained delivery drivers will have explicit instructions to leave your parcel in a reasonably secure place at the premises if no-one's available, and will not take the package back to their depot. The drivers know they are carrying perishable goods. The delivery shall be deemed to have been made either when the consignee accepts delivery in person, or when the driver leaves a parcel at the unattended premises.
