Barn reared Norfolk White Turkeys from Mrs Parish of Buckland St Mary. These are reared by a lady who knows what she is doing. Dry plucked and hung for seven days. Supurb!

These are cut from our own barn reared chickens. Can be skin off or skin on depending on your preference and are generaly 180 gms in weight.
